Obviously a 10Mbit link needs to be carried over ATM or IPExpress.
Talk to Tangent and United Networks. Both of which will be able to do a ethernet connections to the sky tower if not immediately within a short timeframe. You will find that they signifigantly undercut Clear's IPExpress and Telecom's LAN-Extension services also. Cheers.
