[nznog] Domainz Invoice PDFs

Just received a Domainz invoice e-mail with attached PDF file. Like last year, the PDF file is not readable in Acrobat or Ghostview. That took a few days to fix as I recall. I've sent it back and asked them to look into it. Others may see this. Steve
