Seems they've got similar issues to the ones experienced yesterday, whereby peering between slingshot and TelstraClear is broken. No. If you read this list yesterday or checked Computerworld you'd have seen TCL had some issues on their core network at the same time. Unfortunate co-incidence (presuming one didn't cause the other).
