Any sane reason why you'd want to do that?
There are places which assume that you're a fly-by-nighter if you don't have "a stable mail platform", and having a secondary MX is seen as proof of that.
Stupid I know...
Personally, I think it's the opposite. Most fly-by-nighters tend to have 3 or even 4 MX records, with little purpose. -- Nathan Ward
