Here is a typical line in tcp.smtp: 67.217.210.:allow,RBLSMTPD="mondaytime.com - Spam delivery refused. Permanent block" This refuses the connection to this /24 with a 443 error and replies with this message. From my brief reading of some Google results, it is possible to create your own local list.. That may be the way to pursue it. Now I need some free time. :)
