There's definitely been a fairly significantly drop - http://www.spamcop.net/spamgraph.shtml?spamweek Globally we're seeing about a 40% reduction in spam levels - even higher if you just consider botnet-based spam. Our estimates for yesterday (11th, US Time) were around 112 billion spams globally, down from a daily average of 190 billion for October. I haven't seen the numbers for today yet, but I wouldn't be surprised to see them drop back to double figures! Only time will tell how long it takes before they recover (when InterCage went dark a few months ago it took 5 days for things to get back to "normal"). Actually it does look to have dropped...unless just coincidence of when I looked at it
Actually just checked reports, over the past week spam seems to have dropped 500 to 1000 emails a day (avg is around 2000 spam a day, 3000 to 4000 emails total avg)
