My dear Chris, I don't think you quite understand how businesses make money. Let me remind you: Stage 1: Collect customers (or is that underpants??). Stage 2: ??? Stage 3: Make money. As you can see from my carefully detailed diagram above, having customers is big business. Seriously though, I believe the propper procedure in this situation would be for _you_ to block their traffic, or less paranoidly, log it, and come to netgate if you have any complaints about their actions.
