It shouldn't be getting filtered at APE, but we did ask AOL to stick a block on for whatever they defined as international traffic (which I suspect included most Global Gateway customers, due to peering difficulties at the time). The 5 figure monthly bills for international data to a public-good service for the NZ net community was just getting a bit more than we could bear... It'll be fixed when icafe go onto WIX, but in the meantime if you could send through a full traceroute of the path you take to 210.48.103.6, I'll check it out.
