So far we are not aware of any active validating nameserver in NZ, or heard plans about it. We definitely can find out based on the nameservers data.
You can try http://dnssec.geek.nz which will tell you if your DNS Server Validates DNSSEC The Code is not written by me but works. Craig Geek
