[nznog] REMINDER: Root KSK Roll coming 12th October

In case you missed it, here’s reminder that the root DNS KSK will be rolled in just under 48 hours time for the first time ever. Every DNSSEC validating resolver should by now have downloaded and stored the new root KSK. If they haven’t then they are going to cease validating and clients using them will have problems.
