Everyones talking like it's a revelation that Michael Hallager is an asshat. Indeed it is not, everyone that I have ever spoken about to him has instantaneously said "ASSHAT" Aswell as others outside the ISP industry have also commented on his asshatery and relayed a few bad mouthings of his about the ISP industry.
