The common element in both Xtra and CLEAR's connectivity to you is NetGate. CLEAR is currently handing off most traffic to NetGate over NZIX (in the absense of anywhere better to do it). We are not experiencing congestion through our network as far as the NZIX switch; you might contact NetGate about any current issues they have reaching NZIX?
Anybody have any knowledge / facts that may explain above?
