Should "the powers of be" allow the .bz registery to do this, I really dunno.
.bz has been licensed to Verisign by the country of Belize - an attempt by Verisign to dilute the value of .biz (a competitor to.com). Verisign were trying to auction off "premium" .bz names via eBay at US$20,000 a pop. That was a miserable failure. Failure and Verisign are regular bedfellows. And realize that the "powers that be" rely heavily on Verisign for their operating budget. -- Andrew P. Gardner barcelona.com stolen, stmoritz.com stays. What's uniform about the UDRP? We could ask ICANN to send WIPO a clue, but do they have any to spare?
