It's more likely to be a spam-related issue. Either your subnet is listed on some anti-spam list (like RBL) or that company has manually blocked subnets that lots of spam comes from. Some NZ subnets are close enough to the Asian spam subnets, I'm sure... I suggest you contact emailhelp(a)uscompany.com from your gmail account or something, and ask them? :) Neil Paul Adshead wrote:
