Heh both pairs terminate into the same demarcation point so I could swap them

Would bugger up telecoms records though (not that they were correct to begin with)

Yes,

in fact I have had that problem with TCNZ here in Dunedin.

The two flats were the one building with an A and a B address, I just crawled into the roof and moved the pairs across!

Told TCNZ not to bother coming out.

Ha

I have recently moved house and good old telecom has connected our phone line to the empty flat behind us instead of ours what is worse is even though this is clearly their fault, refused to fix it until tomorrow morning (when 123 staff are on duty)

Real pain in the ass

Anyone share similar hassles with telecom? Anyone know the appropriate channels to complain?
