James, I'm curious to hear about your 'uptimes' complaint. I know the Waikato systems have far exceeded the 99% (or there abouts) uptime requirement that we are contractually required to deliver. I can't speak for the Actrix end of things, but again, I have heard very little complaints of an outage at their end (a few mail glitches recently, but the I had believed the history to be pretty good). Can you list real outages, or do you just have issues with people taking Annual Leave?
