All I was offering was a plausible explanation, I'll restate it. We acted on a complaint informed the customer and since then they've done something about the problem. As you've so politely pointed out they are still open as of an our ago. I suggest you email abuse(a)telstra.co.nz and point this out and then the customer will be blocked until they do have it fixed.
