Hi Jamie. Yes, I Emailed postmaster(a)paradise.net.nz. To quote: "It's basically due to our DSMTP authentication being based around our dial-in RADIUS, and not our ADSL RADIUS. Given the choice between the two options, we decided to provision DSMTP for dial-in as it is recognised as more of a stop-gap method of mail delivery somewhere in between POP and a dedicated mail server." etc. And a statement to the fact that you're not meant to run servers behind Jetstart connections etc. Short of ringing them up, and demanding to speak to someone else, which I don't have time to do, what options are there? I know, move my business somewhere else? Cheers -

* Paradise have a dsmtp service for emailing via. dynamic IP Addresses, but that's geared off their dialin radius, not ADSL radius, so can't work with ADSL connections. Don't ask me why...... If they did, they'd stand a much better chance to keep my business in the future.
Unless something has changed in the four weeks since I left, this is incorrect. Find someone there who actually knows that they're talking about and they should be able to sort you out.
Tried emailing postmaster(a)paradise.net.nz ?
Jamie
