If people have domains they need to urgently manage, it may be possible to e-mail their support team and request an EPP/UDAI code to move these to an alternate provider, where one can then change their nameservers to an alternate provider (*cough* Cloudflare *cough������*)... They will still have access to login to their registry portal to manually process these requests, regardless of their DNS system status. Be persistent.

If you ask for a code, they have to give you a code. I'm aware this is made mandatory by DNC NZ for the .nz ccTLD, however for gTLDs it may be more of a challenge.

Basically says 'aware, investigating'.

But there's a whole boatload of important infrastructure down and unreachable right now, and a lot of very anxious customers waiting for further information.
