I have my 1G Shared (EUBA, WVS, HSNS) Handover set to 1000/F and no auto neg so happy that it works like that.

I have tried this one both ways and its currently set to no auto neg (tho of course mikrotik doesn���t have a 10G radio button to check so they are all blank there)
