You might need to do it via console? I've heard microtiks aren't completely feature filled in the GUI sense.

Have you tried looking around for information on manual neg 10g on mikrotik?

I have tried this one both ways and its currently set to no auto neg (tho of course mikrotik doesn���t have a 10G radio button to check so they are all blank there)
