This will only be a problem for isp's who dont currently peer with the
f-root directly.. most people on ape peer with it, however if telstraclear
plans to disconnect.. they they will have to route internationally for their
access to the f.root

If I remember correctly Telstra Clear helped make it happen and sponsored something (Maybe bandwidth or rack space?), what will happen here. Seeing as Telstra will be dropping links to APE, I'm guessing all their customers will be routing internationally for their F-root?
