http://www.southerncrosscables.com/layup.htm -- not sure if it's accurate/up-to-date, but the roll-overs say that there are three fibre pairs, each with sixteen wavelengths with a 10Gbps bit rate, going to Australia and to Hawaii. 3*16*10=480Gbps, presumably.
