APE

Hey all, Im looking at getting a connection to APE via ipexpress.. first of all.. Has anyone got a 100meg IP Express into the skytower I can stick a 10meg vlan onto? do clear do this? Would anyone be interested in helping pay for a 100meg ipexpress, take 10meg, and share out the rest to other people wishing to peer with ape? If anyone has a solution in place similar to this.. let me know.. im also interested in other methods of connecting to ape, we are located in albany.
