I've read pages on their site in the past and found the information to be incorrect/out of date, so I thought I'd just ask here.
Reading the page, I wonder if it will go away if we just throw more mail at them more often. We sent them 150 messages in one hit today, which I would not have thought was a big issue, but clearly is.
That's a big spike from us.

Mark - yes, I agree, if it keeps being an issue then we'll just approach the customers and suggest it's time they find a new provider that accepts mail.
