That's presumably why you have needed to worry about QoS. Buy bigger pipes. :-)
Another option might be to put your voice traffic on a totally separate switching infrastructure from your data traffic. This will stop nasty big data packets from impinging on your call quality. Of course this isn't going to be a solution for everyone as everyone's network design is different. Cheers, Blair
