I've left you alone all day and not called or emailed, but now I have to face up to the local hospitals, doctors surgeries,  vet clinics ... all of whom have LEGAL requirements to be available by phone.

I too, am an old school sys admin .. I understand it's a stressful day for you guys .. but come on .. communicate with your resellers!
