Telstra DSL customers, their web hosting division and a few others are going international then back into the country, however some clear sites are fine as per below:

Barry, At the risk of asking the obvious, have you spoken to Orcon yet? Surely this is between Orcon and TCL? Or are you expecting this to be a multiple-networks-affected situation?
