
My question is i guess - is this normal, what is normal, is this a general practice with ISP's as if it is maybe I could implement that process here.
Most ISP's and Hosting companies try to keep everything under the same roof. Otherwise it becomes a managing nightmare. If a client is switching to another ISP, the 1st notice you usually get is the domain shifting. So it's hard to tell if everything is moving or just part of it.
