I’ve never worked at Xtra/Spark but..

 

It’s a little hard to tell but are you sending from example john@blah.co.nz -> user@xtra.co.nz  from outside the network..

 

Proper Logs (Names and Important information removed) might help.

 

Why are you then sending it to 210.54.141.1   (mta.xtra.co.nz) when xtra’s MX records are not mta.xtra.co.nz?

 

Or is this a customer on xtra’s network trying to send it via xtra’s network where as the outgoing mail server should be send.xtra.co.nz (https://www.spark.co.nz/help/internet-email/manage-email/updating-your-outgoing-server-settings-to-send-xtra-co-nz/) not mta.xtra.co.nz?

 

Should anything be sending it to mta.xtra.co.nz (210.54.141.1?)
