2degrees (AS23655) would like to give notice to the community that we are leaving AKL-IX, WLG-IX, CHC-IX by the end of November 2022. We will be providing more exact dates for each IX closer to the time.

 

This is part of a wider piece of work to consolidate our network, which will see the primary peering AS become AS9790 which will still be connected to each IX and present the same prefixes advertised by AS23655.

 

If you currently have bi-lateral peering with AS23655 we encourage you to reach out and establish bi-lateral peering with AS9790 via peering@2degrees.nz

 

We will be providing notice of further withdrawal of AS23655 as we progress with our consolidation programme.
