Bring on LLU - 2 to 3 years from now I think we'll be talking about a different landscape.
And there's the rub. currently You have to go through Telecom if you're outside WLG/CHC and want a terrestrial connection to your home. They govern the bottom two layers of the connection absolutely, so even if an ISP wanted to offer a premium service with higher reliability they couldn't do it without laying their own network. -- Matthew Poole "Don't use force.
