Most of our clients are businesses, not ISP's. I certainly won't be offering you a router for xmas.... For the few people who have been rude about things, that is your option, but it is also your option to take your business elsewhere (I have noted who you are) regardless of the fact that the local distributor: a. Dosn't have the item in stock and it will be 1-3 weeks away. (Most likely) b. The cost leaves a sizeable dent in your wallet. -and- your router / switch whatever has thrown a wobbly and networkStuff happens to have a very good ex-stock specialist parts holding. -and- the many times I am asked to reccomend an ISP to a corporate / business client. I have done everything I can for the few polite people who have asked either way. The level of professionalism demonstrated by a few people here tonight is a good indication of why I hear the number of complaints that I do. Of course well over 90% of people represented herereally have more important things to do then play silly buggers like Richard P. below. Michael Hallager
I was a CUSTOMER ONLY. I lost several thousand dollars as a result of them going under and leaving me disconnected for 8 days. Dec 23, 2003 - Dec 30, 2003 due to it being xmas and all.
You get alot of people buying second hand routers for their next of kin's chrissy presents do you?
What do you want for Christmas John boy ?
