I'm not that familiar with much of Cisco's wireless gear, but the Aironet stuff that David has is 2.4Ghz i believe...
Aironet was recently purchased by and is now a division of Cisco. We use their point-to-point 11Mbps 340 series between our NOC and office building here in Dallas. The base stations use auto scanning or fixed frequencies in the 2412MHz-2464MHz range (in increments of 5MHz). This works well for us, not sure how they support > 2 access points though. The product documentation is at: http://www.ieng.com/warp/public/cc/pd/witc/ao340ap/prodlit/index.shtml. Cheers, Daniel. --------- To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog
