I would agree with that, the procedure for getting your "server" whitelisted is a joke, lots of broken web links and downloaded forms that don't seem relevant to the issue. Basically a huge waste of everyone's time. We created a new procedure, ring the recipient of the email, as provided by our client, inform them of the problem and "sell" them a solution to the problem.
