It is yahoo.com doing its greylisting.. pretty standard at times for yahoo. A 421 message is not a permanent failure and mail servers should try again and it will be accepted.
Is your mail server not trying again later?
Thanks Craig. This I think is the most likely cause, though given Xtra's position in the marketplace I was hoping they could confirm for my information what is going on. Michael
