I didn’t do that – never spoken to vocus before.
It looks like the issue may be with how our upstream or their upstream advertises our ip addresses and asn on our behalf, so its being sorted.
The guy at vocus responded pretty fast so its quite good to see that.
Normally I wouldn’t bother approaching the general “contact desk” of an isp as the frontline staff wouldn’t have a clue what I am talking about and we are not their customer.
But good to be able to get it sorted.

My experience with Vocus support has always been pretty good. There's a phone number for their NOC right there on the page.
