There is an organisation called the NZITF. http://nzitf.org.nz/

They run a mailing list. Its pretty secret squirrel - vouching required, etc. If you care about cyber-security in NZ, and your job involves it, you should potentially be on it. If you've regularly attended NZNOGs (and actually talked to people) you can likely get vouched for.
