If you want infrastructure you can't talk to an ISP, in my experience they only do services not physical connections.  Get a Frame from your house to CHIX (is CHIX up yet?), then peer there from your data centre as well.

Weird that the telcos always want your phones though - even when they're only a fraction of your overall spend...
