Thanks for all your inputs guys. Since 2:15pm the nslookup for the URLs and also to all the SMTP servers hosted by Healthalliance have started to work by itself without anybody having to do any changes. I did get in touch with the Healthalliance techs and they seemed to have done nothing at all. Quite mysterious I must say. Hope it continues to work without any disruptions.
