Hi guys - quick query... Does anyone know of any PPPOE / PPPOA implementations where the user is required to enter IP/mask and gateway into their CPE? ie. any providers (anywhere in the world) that don't provision this automatically? While I'm here, same Q for RFC1483 Bridged and routed, but I know less about them.
