My research & writing on TICSA is still ticking along- I am considering trying to submit a talk for Kiwicon but thats quite a high bar to aim for, but I plan to release the text regardless around the same time as the conference. As a brief repeat summary, the text focuses in-depth on the deeply untested/unprecedented legal concept of Good Faith which has been imported into this area.
