I think its more of a "lets produce a place to draw the line" otherwise, where does it stop ? if we take your argument then we would all be advertising prefix lists in lots of /32's anyone want to accept BGP advertisements for my /31 :-) (Yes, that was a joke on multiple levels - abeit a poor one.) -- Steve.
