Apparently TelstraClear made some 'changes' to the primary ICONZ WGTN-AUCK circuit around midnight last night. Since then we have about 55% packet loss, with ICONZ as at 12:05 saying that they have not been given an ETA by TelstraClear. 12 hours of substandard performance with no ETA seems a bit poor to me.
