Havn't seen too much directly but according to someone on NANOG Telstra was dumping it's full internal BGP table on it's external peers which was causing problems. That was a few hours ago though, I've heard clear have been having a few problems today as well but they seem to have cleared up. mta.xtra.co.nz is still not 100% ( $7m is like 100 times what we spent on ours (and that was 2 years ago) ).
