Has anyone bothered to set up an RADB for use by APE and WIX connected ISP's? I think this would be a really good idea, coz I hate having to email people whenever we add networks or whatever. Mmkay. Telstra/Netlink stuff is in the RADB (the Merit database), but it's in a slight state of disrepair (I am working on it). I see most of Telecom's networks are in the RADB under big /16 supernets called "University of Waikato", last changed j.houlker(a)waikato.ac.nz in 1996. I know that when Joe and I were doing the Clear - Natlib peering that all the route objects were in the RADB. I suspect that it is not the case that EVERYONE is in there though. It is however a damn good idea. On Tue, Jun 13, 2000 at 01:36:55PM +1200, James Tyson wrote:

CLEAR objects should be in RADB -- if there are in discrepancies then please let noc(a)clix.net.net and the guilty shall be chastised. --cw -- Chris Wedgwood chris.wedgwood(a)clear.co.nz --------- To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog

Any chance you could include a "member-of" clause in each route object so that we can refer to a CLIX-maintained route-set from AS4763:RS-ROUTES:AS4768? Joe --------- To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog
