Hi All, just saying hello as a new subscriber :) I know some of the names on here so I wont waffle but my interest in this is: I work for CallPlus (aka Attica) and deal primarily with their abuse@ mailbox, so deal a bit with NOC related issues. Hi James :) Technically just a helpdesk pleb but looking to upskill and move into NOC operations eventually.
