I understand that mostly, it is related to their upstream provider, and a lot of problems may have had to do with their caching engine. Probably the best bet is to contact them with your concerns. We're having some intermittent DNS issues, but mostly it's to do with ftp and http (http over ssl, and other services like email, mostly work 100%). As one of Asia On Lines upstreams, I would like to make it clear that TelstraSaturn do not have any current issues within our network. I would suggest that AONZ themselves are probably best placed to comment on any problems they may be experiencing.
