Alan, I seriously doubt we are blocking orbs from anything.... Ever thought there may be a far simpler explanation? How about we acted on a complaint informed the customer and since then they've done something about the problem.... All I was offering was a plausible explanation, I'll restate it. We acted on a complaint informed the customer and since then they've done something about the problem. As you've so politely pointed out they are still open as of an our ago. I suggest you email abuse(a)telstra.co.nz and point this out and then the customer will be blocked until they do have it fixed. I am really not interested in scoring points here Alan, I would like to see this problem disappear as much as you.
