An old CAIDA report included the following line":
595 151.135.248.1 gateb.opus.co.nz 151.135.248.0/22 8366 as4763np1at2 [...] 4763 sounds right for an ex-Netlink block. I don't know who Opus are, but their domain is still registered and has a Wellington address on it, which also sounds right for an ex-Netlink block.
Opus is an International Civil Engineering Consultancy firm (ex Works Consultancy). 151.135.0.0/16 is their old class B. They "gave it back" a couple of years ago as they were basically only using it behind a firewall and they wanted to be good net citizens (My wife contracts to them). cheers mark

I thought that number looked familiar, it still pops up occasionally. There are some networking changes going on currently, involving a change of ISP (I don't know the details) which is probably how the old crud got stirred to the surface this time round.
