Personally (not the cheapest, but IMHO the best) I would recommend a Juniper J series router (http://www.juniper.net/products/jseries/) and an Extreme Summit Switch (http://www.extremenetworks.com/libraries/prodpdfs/products/summit200_24_48.a...) combination.
